We're seeking an experienced Data Centre Project Manager to join our regional project management and quantity surveyor firm on a secondment basis. You'll lead the delivery of a critical DC fit-out project for a prominent APAC hyperscale data centre operator, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes that meet the client's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver the data centre fit-out project, ensuring alignment with the client's objectives, timelines, and budget
- Develop and execute project management plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and commissioning, to ensure seamless project delivery
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including the client, contractors, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential delays and cost overruns
- Ensure compliance with data centre industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
- Manage and track project changes, variations, and claims, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budget
- Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Foster a culture of safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all project team members

Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in data centre project management or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering data centre projects
- Strong knowledge of data centre design, construction, and commissioning processes
- Experience working with hyperscale data centre operators and Tier III/IV data centres
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and negotiate with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivery and results
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CDCP) and data centre industry knowledge desirable
