We’re partnering with a leading real estate and facilities management consultancy to find a Site Operations Manager to lead a critical Tier III data centre in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the site operations team, driving performance, training, and engagement.
- Oversee maintenance and asset management via CMMS, ensuring uptime, compliance, and budget targets.
- Conduct site reviews on equipment, security, Tier adherence, and operational risks.
- Manage vendors and subcontractors, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Lead daily operations, monthly reviews, and quarterly business meetings with key stakeholders.
- Support statutory compliance, certifications, and incident management.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Operational Engineering.
- 6–8 years’ engineering or construction experience; 2–3 years in Tier III or equivalent data centre operations.
- Data Centre certifications (CDCP, CDFOS, CDFOM) preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement in critical operational environments.
