We are supporting a leading facilities management consultancy in the search for a Senior Green Mark & Energy Efficiency Manager. This is a hands-on strategic role leading sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives across multiple high-profile sites, including universities, schools, and commercial buildings.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sustainability strategy and Green Mark certification/recertification across multiple project sites.
- Manage energy, water, and waste programs; benchmark, analyze, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Serve as the technical lead, mentoring junior engineers and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Co-lead company-wide sustainability initiatives, driving measurable ESG impact.
- Standardize and enhance sustainability processes across sites to unify quality standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators and initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Promote digital tools and technology adoption to optimize sustainability practices.
- Stay current on latest Green Mark, SCEM, and energy efficiency standards and ensure compliance.

Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in sustainability and Green Mark projects.
- Green Mark Accredited Professional (AP) required.
- Certified Singapore Energy Manager (SCEM) preferred.
- Proven experience managing multi-site sustainability projects and leading teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of energy efficiency, utilities management, and ESG compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Integrity, strategic thinking, and ability to execute projects end-to-end.
