We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to helm our Singapore self-storage business, backed by a global Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) investor. As General Manager, you'll be the highest authority for our Singapore operations, leading a lean team to drive growth, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive business performance, develop and execute local strategy, and identify growth opportunities using data insights.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and implement process improvements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a cross-functional team, build a service-led culture, and upskill frontline staff.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with regional leadership, provide business reporting, and build external relationships.

Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in General Management, Operations, or Commercial Leadership in customer-facing sectors.
- Experience in P&L ownership, financial management, and revenue growth.
Strong leadership of cross-functional teams with a hands-on, people-focused style.
- Strategic thinker who can execute tactically.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making and Excel/reporting capabilities.
