We are representing a leading real estate group to hire a Property Executive for one of their established retail malls located in the central region of Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, supporting the Operations Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day mall operations and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing effective operations and maintenance of the mall.
- Coordinate operational programmes and execute maintenance works (OPEX/CAPEX) to ensure optimal mall performance.
- Assist in annual budgeting, administer maintenance contracts, and supervise operational expenses.
- Oversee and support tenants’ renovation works, as well as operational needs for promotional events.
- Liaise with the Contracts & Procurement team on ad-hoc procurement, cyclical equipment replacement, and enhancement works.
- Respond promptly to feedback and service requests.
- Lead the technical team and manage vendor services to maintain professional operational standards.
- Participate in the Company Emergency Response Team (e.g., Site Incident Controller, First Aider).
- Contribute as part of the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team, including reviewing and approving Permits to Work (PTWs), conducting risk assessments, and performing safety checks/audits.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Industrial & Systems, Building, Project & Facilities) or related fields.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management.
- Strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, systematic in problem-solving, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours when required.
- Open to learning and exploring lateral moves across asset classes in the future.
- Experience with SAP or Anacle systems will be advantageous.
