Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, receivables, and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and cash flow forecasts for management and stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across projects and corporate entities
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial providers to ensure compliance and statutory filings
- Assist with financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence support for investment or asset management activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
Key Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in real estate, private equity, or asset management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., Xero or equivalent) is an advantage
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a lean team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with Singapore FRS, corporate tax, and GST regulations is preferred
