A prestigious shopping mall located in the heart of Central Singapore is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Leasing Executive / Senior Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in curating a vibrant tenant mix and enhancing the mall’s positioning as a premier retail destination.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a portfolio of existing leases, ensuring all terms and obligations are met.
Manage the full leasing cycle, including new leases, renewals, expirations, and related documentation.
Assess and analyze tenants’ business performance, while supporting the monitoring of their mid- to long-term viability.
Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with tenants.
Identify and recommend potential new brands for the mall’s tenant mix.
Conduct effective lease negotiations with prospective tenants.
Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by the company.

Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail leasing or a related field.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Real Estate or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge and understanding of retail leasing practices and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
