We are representing one of the largest Data Centre Operator in seeking an experienced Maintenance Services Manager to join our team, reporting to our Senior Technical Service Manager. As a key member of our Operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring 100% uptime and compliance with customer SLAs. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technicians on-site, ensuring optimal performance and efficient resource utilization
- Supervise and manage planned and reactive maintenance activities, including upgrades and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime and excellent customer service
- Develop and implement maintenance plans, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with third-party FM service providers to set performance goals, provide coaching and development opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
- Handle and resolve complex technical issues and incidents, ensuring prompt and effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including asset maintenance plans, switching procedures, and safety management systems
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, including environmental, building, fire, electrical, and occupational health and safety
- Serve as a primary operational contact for vendors and secondary contact for customers, providing timely and effective support during emergency events and day-to-day operations
- Lead and manage the on-site technical team, ensuring optimal performance and efficient resource utilization
- Supervise and manage technical on-site team members to ensure optimal performance is being achieved
- Handle complex technical issues and incidents, ensuring prompt and effective solutions
- Ensure site resources are efficiently and effectively managed, including technical, non-technical aspects, and 24/7 technical operational staff
- Prepare and maintain asset maintenance plans and tasks up to date with new equipment and revised maintenance or regulatory requirements

Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of mechanical and electrical experience in data centres, facilities, engineering operations, or related fields
- Proven experience in managing third-party service providers and negotiating quotes/pricing for services
- Familiarity with Customer Portals, BMS, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, with strong collaboration and customer management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivery and results
- Experience with Method of Procedure documents, incident reports, emergency event summaries, root cause analysis reports, and O&M manuals
-Ability to establish and review procedures and reports, and provide training to staff where required
