We're seeking an experienced Data Centre Operations Specialist to join our partner's team in Malaysia, focusing on real-time monitoring and fault escalation for our hyperscale data centres across APAC. As a key member of our operations team, you'll ensure the uninterrupted operation of our critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Real-Time Monitoring: Monitor SCADA/BMS/EPMS/FMCS systems 24/7, acknowledging, categorizing, escalating, and logging alarms (mechanical, electrical, fire, security).
- Fault Response: Coordinate with BMS and DCIM Engineers on alarm validation, fault response, and resolution follow-up.
- Shift Operations: Manage shift-based operations, including handover logs and escalation matrices.
- Process Adherence: Follow emergency response procedures, operating procedures, and change management processes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to structured workflows and formats.

Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data centre operations or a similar field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SCADA/BMS/EPMS/FMCS systems and data centre infrastructure.
- Communication: Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a zero-miss approach to fault acknowledgment and documentation.
- Team Culture: Willingness to learn and collaborate with BMS and DCIM teams.
