Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership & Design Oversight: Act as the technical authority in electrical or mechanical engineering, overseeing electrical and mechanical systems, and ensuring compliance with standards and alignment with operational requirements.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Development, Procurement, and Project Directors to optimize project designs, establish project timelines, and ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with Sales Teams to address customer technical requirements and prepare responses to customer RFPs.
- Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure successful delivery of data centre projects, adhering to budgets, schedules, and customer expectations. - Develop and execute construction strategies, oversee contractor selection and management, and enforce quality control procedures and safety regulations.
- Innovation & Industry Best Practices: Lead the adoption of innovative technologies and sustainable practices in data centre design. Establish and implement best practices for engineering design, construction, and operations.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all designs meet local and international standards. Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are desirable.
- Experience: 15+ years, with a focus on electrical or mechanical systems.
- Proven expertise in at least one core trade and a strong working knowledge of the other.
- Skills: Hands-on technical expertise in data centre design and operations. Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership abilities.
