We are seeking an experienced Commissioning and Testing Engineer to join a global digital infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and testing of its cutting-edge digital infrastructure solutions in Japan and other locations as required. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for digital infrastructure projects, including data centers, networks, and cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and solutions
- Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of infrastructure systems, identifying and resolving any issues or defects
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of testing and commissioning processes and results
- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality
- Provide technical support and expertise to internal teams and customers as required
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve testing and commissioning processes

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commissioning and testing of digital infrastructure, data centers, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and protocols, including experience with tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Experience working in Japan or with Japanese customers is highly desirable
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, or VMware are a plus
