We're currently seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join a renowned international workplace design and build firm. As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients will drive project success and contribute to the company's continued growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to meet project deadlines and budgets
- Develop and execute project plans, including defining scope, setting objectives, and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and conflicts, developing effective solutions to ensure project continuity
- Monitor project progress, tracking KPIs and making data-driven decisions to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in workplace design and build or construction industry
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
