We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of our construction tech sub-contractor. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the MD's schedule, facilitating communication, and managing the logistics of our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including minute-taking, email management, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings and schedules, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the logistics of showroom events, including venue setup, catering, and equipment coordination
- Develop and maintain organized systems for tracking and managing documents, records, and databases
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and workflow
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent minute-taking and note-taking skills, with ability to capture key points and action items
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
