We are representing a leading retail property developer to identify an experienced Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications to join their team.

This role is responsible for conceptualising and executing advertising, promotions, and experiential marketing initiatives that drive footfall, sales, and shopper engagement. You will also manage the mall’s loyalty programme and oversee the marketing and management of advertising and event spaces.


Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage mall-wide advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Work with creative and media agencies on visuals, messaging, and campaign strategies.
- Manage budgets, campaign timelines, and performance tracking.
- Market and manage advertising and event spaces within the mall.
- Evaluate brand suitability, ensure compliance, and monitor usage/revenue.
- Plan seasonal activations, shopper promotions, and lifestyle events.
- Oversee logistics, execution, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with tenants and brands on in-mall experiences.
- Manage the mall’s loyalty programme to drive member engagement and spend.
- Roll out targeted campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Oversee e-voucher system, redemption process, and reporting.
- Analyse shopper data and recommend personalised offers.
- Partner with tenants on joint promotions and collaborations.
- Build relationships with media, agencies, and vendors.
- Track budgets, campaign ROI, loyalty programme growth, and shopper engagement.
- Deliver post-campaign analysis and shopper insights.
- Stay updated on industry and cross-industry best practices.

Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail marketing, promotions, or events (experience in malls or consumer lifestyle brands preferred).
- Proven track record in delivering successful marketing campaigns and loyalty programmes.
- Strong project management, analytical, and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative eye for design, consumer engagement, and storytelling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM, CMS, and loyalty platforms.
- Knowledge of Photoshop or design tools is an advantage.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required.
