Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned portfolios.
- Prepare annual financial statements in compliance with Financial Reporting
- Standards and ensure proper accounting treatment for business activities.
- Manage audits by liaising with internal and external auditors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including income tax and GST filings.
- Identify process gaps, implement internal controls, and drive system enhancements to improve reporting quality and operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance executives to achieve departmental and organisational objectives.

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification such as CPA/ACCA (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience, ideally within the real estate or asset management sector.
- Strong technical expertise in accounting standards and financial reporting, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
