As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our team and lead the successful delivery of our condominium projects.

The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of condominium construction projects from inception to completion. They will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering positive client relationships and driving team performance.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of condominium construction projects, adhering to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project strategies, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure project success.

Team Leadership:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to project teams, including project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and addressing any concerns or inquiries throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client satisfaction.

Contract Administration:
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout the project duration.
- Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and other project-related documentation to protect the interests of the company and its stakeholders.

Quality Assurance and Safety:
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and safety on all projects, implementing best practices and industry regulations to minimize risks and ensure the well-being of all personnel.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits, addressing any non-conformities and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on condominium projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead teams, communicate with stakeholders, and resolve conflicts.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Procore, AutoCAD).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
