We are partnering with a global design and build firm specializing in retail, workplace, and hospitality fit-out and manufacturing solutions to recruit a Project Manager based in Singapore. This role will lead the end-to-end delivery of design and fit-out projects across the retail, workplace, and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing design-and-build projects and demonstrate a strong grasp of both project management and technical (PM&TA) disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple fit-out and design projects from concept through completion.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, cost, and quality to ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Collaborate closely with design, technical, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless coordination between creative and delivery phases.
- Manage and mentor internal project teams, providing leadership in studio operations and workflow management.
- Act as the main client liaison throughout the project lifecycle — providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Apply PM&TA expertise to evaluate design feasibility, manage technical coordination, and address construction challenges.
- Prepare and manage project documentation including schedules, budgets, risk registers, and progress reports.
- Oversee procurement, vendor selection, and contractor management to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Conduct on-site reviews to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety and compliance requirements.
- Support the studio team in developing standardised project delivery processes and improving operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in project management within a fit-out, interior design, or design-and-build environment.
- Strong technical understanding of design documentation, materials, and construction methods.
- Proven PM&TA expertise — ability to balance design intent with technical and practical delivery considerations.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, including designers, technical staff, contractors, and suppliers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivery under tight timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant project management or design software.
- Ability to travel for site coordination and client meetings as required.
