Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver data centre fit-out projects, focusing on AI infrastructure deployments, including hardware installation, power and cooling systems, and cabling infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and construction, to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with customer requirements
- Develop and execute project management plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control, tailored to AI infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with data centre operators, contractors, and vendors to ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and compliance with project timelines and budgets
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential delays and cost overruns
- Ensure compliance with data centre industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements, as well as AI infrastructure-specific guidelines
- Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their AI infrastructure requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize project delivery and customer satisfaction

Key Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on data centre fit-outs or AI infrastructure deployments
- Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, and cabling systems, as well as AI infrastructure components (e.g., servers, GPUs, networking)
- Experience working with data centre operators, contractors, and vendors
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and negotiate with customers, contractors, and vendors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivery and results
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CDCP) and AI industry knowledge desirable
