We are partnering with a design-led interior architecture studio renowned for delivering luxury hospitality, high-end residential, and lifestyle-led projects across the region. As the studio continues to expand its portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Singapore team and oversee the successful delivery of complex, design-driven projects.

This role is ideal for a project manager who understands the nuances of high-end interiors, can work closely with designers and clients, and is confident managing projects from early design stages through construction and handover.

Key Responsibilities

– Manage interior design projects from concept design through construction and completion
– Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, resourcing, and deliverables
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
– Coordinate closely with internal design teams to ensure design intent is upheld throughout delivery
– Oversee consultant coordination including MEP, lighting, FF&E, QS, and specialist vendors
– Manage tender processes, contract administration, and procurement coordination
– Monitor site progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve design and construction issues
– Track project costs, variations, risks, and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders
– Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and design reviews
– Support studio leadership in maintaining project standards, processes, and delivery excellence

Key Requirements

– Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience within interior design, hospitality, or high-end residential projects
– Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related disciplines
– Strong understanding of interior construction methodologies, detailing, and site coordination
– Experience managing consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers
– Confident client-facing skills with experience managing senior stakeholders
– Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
– Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and comfortable reviewing AutoCAD drawings and specifications
– Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, design-led environment
– Experience working on luxury hospitality or residential projects is highly advantageous
