We are working with a regional construction and fit-out specialist delivering design-and-build, interior fit-out, refurbishment, and construction projects across commercial, hospitality, industrial, and mission-critical sectors in their search for a MEP Manager.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the MEP technical and delivery team for multiple projects, ensuring seamless integration with overall site activities.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, QS, and construction management teams to align MEP scopes with project objectives and commercial targets.
- Review and approve MEP design submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and installation sequences.
- Manage MEP subcontractors, monitor performance, resolve technical challenges, and uphold quality standards.
- Oversee MEP procurement planning, materials delivery, and site mobilization strategy.
- Implement robust site HSE practices for all MEP activities.
- Perform risk assessments, budget tracking, and support claims management related to MEP.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in MEP management within fit-out, refurbishment, or building construction contexts.
- Deep understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing & drainage, fire protection, BMS, lifts/escalators).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-disciplinary coordination skills.
- Experience with design-and-build and construction management deliveries is a plus.
