We are partnering with a design-led consultancy recognised for delivering high-quality workplace environments for corporate, multinational, and regional clients. As the studio continues to expand its commercial and workplace portfolio, it is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Singapore team and oversee end-to-end project delivery.
This role is ideal for a project manager with strong workplace or commercial interiors experience who can confidently manage stakeholders, consultants, and contractors while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage workplace and commercial interior projects from design development through construction and handover
– Lead project planning, programming, budgeting, and resourcing to ensure smooth execution
– Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
– Coordinate closely with internal design teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout delivery
– Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for accuracy and buildability
– Manage tender processes, contract administration, and procurement coordination
– Monitor site progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve construction and coordination issues
– Track project costs, variations, and timelines, providing regular reports to clients and leadership
– Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and presentations as required
– Support leadership in maintaining project standards, processes, and delivery excellence
Key Requirements
– Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience in workplace, commercial interiors, or fit-out projects
– Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
– Strong understanding of workplace fit-out processes, construction sequencing, and site coordination
– Experience managing consultants including MEP, IT/AV, lighting, QS, and contractors
– Confident client-facing skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders
– Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and comfortable reviewing AutoCAD drawings
– Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently
– Experience working with multinational or regional clients is advantageous
– Open to Singapore Citizens, PRs, or candidates with valid work authorisation
