A bespoke design company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end residential projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate has a strong design and construction background, exceptional client-facing skills, and proven experience delivering luxury homes to the highest standards of quality, time, and budget.?
Key Responsibilities

Lead the full project lifecycle for high-end residential projects, from briefing, planning, and budgeting through construction, handover, and defects rectification.?

Coordinate closely with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent, quality benchmarks, and programme are consistently met.?

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and risk registers; track variations and change orders, and report progress to clients and management.?

Review and manage drawings, specifications, RFIs, and shop drawings; ensure compliance with building codes, authority requirements, and contract documents.?

Oversee day-to-day site activities, including quality control, safety, inspections, and coordination of trades to achieve seamless execution and premium finishes.?

Prepare and maintain project documentation, minutes, reports, and handover packages; drive continuous improvement in project processes and client experience.?
Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience managing high-end / luxury residential projects (landed, apartments, or bespoke interiors), ideally within an architectural, design-and-build, or main contractor environment.?

Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.?

Strong understanding of residential detailing, materials, joinery, and premium interior finishes, with an eye for design quality and craftsmanship.?

Proven track record in project planning, budgeting, contract administration, and stakeholder management for private clients and high-net-worth individuals.?

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and drive consultants and contractors toward common goals.?

Proficiency in MS Project (or equivalent scheduling tools), MS Office, and familiarity with reading architectural and ID drawings; experience with project management or site reporting software is an advantage.
