We're seeking a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Manager to join our team, overseeing a diverse portfolio of hotels in Japan. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability across our properties, leveraging industry-leading strategies, data analysis, and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates, inventory, and distribution channels across the portfolio
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and occupancy levels to inform pricing decisions and revenue forecasts
• Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, providing training and support as needed
• Manage and optimize revenue management systems, including RMS and channel managers
• Conduct regular revenue performance analysis, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel GMs, sales teams, and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve revenue management strategies
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry, ideally with a portfolio of properties
• Proven track record of revenue growth and profitability improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in revenue management systems and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
