We're seeking a seasoned Capex Manager to join our team, driving strategic budgeting decisions and overseeing capital expenditure management for our diverse portfolio of hotels in Japan. With a strong background in asset management and engineering, you will be responsible for optimizing capital investments, managing budgets, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive capital expenditure strategies to drive business growth and asset value
• Manage and oversee budgeting processes for capital projects, including planning, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and ROI assessments to inform investment decisions
• Collaborate with asset managers, engineers, and hotel teams to identify opportunities for capital efficiency and cost savings
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure best-in-class project delivery
• Monitor and report on capital expenditure performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in capital project management, asset management, or a similar role in the hospitality or real estate industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing capital projects and budgets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, infrastructure, and capital projects
