We are partnering with a boutique Singapore-based architectural studio renowned for its bespoke, sculptural designs across luxury residential, boutique commercial, and public spaces. Known for their distinctively organic and context-sensitive approach, they are currently seeking experienced Senior Architects to join their growing team.


Key responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design work for a variety of projects, including luxury residences, conservation houses, hospitality venues, clinics, and high-rise developments.
- Manage projects from concept to construction, ensuring client vision and site context are fully integrated.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, maintaining clear communication at all stages.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate in a compact, creative team environment—sharing ideas and upholding our ethos of bespoke, sustainable, and artistic architecture.

Key qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant post-graduate experience as an architect (Singapore experience preferred).
- Registered Architect with a recognized professional body (e.g., Board of Architects Singapore).
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and project delivery experience.
- Proficiency in key design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe CS, etc.).
- Excellent technical detailing, documentation, and project management skills.
- Effective communicator, able to coordinate and liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Passionate about creating unique, site-sensitive, and sustainable solutions.
- Collaborative team player, thrives in a dynamic and creative environment.
