We are working with a design studio known for its thoughtful, design-led architecture across luxury residences, 5-star resorts, and hospitality environments. With a growing portfolio of high-end projects across the region, they are seeking a talented and technically strong Senior Architect to join their studio in Singapore.
This is a delivery-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in detailed coordination, documentation, and day-to-day project execution. You’ll work closely with the Associate and Director to support high-spec architectural projects across Asia, with limited client-facing responsibility and no remote work setup.
Key Responsibilities:
– Support the Associate and senior team members in the design development and delivery of high-end residential and hospitality projects
– Oversee day-to-day coordination of drawings, schedules, and consultant input
– Prepare technical drawings and documentation packages for authority submission and construction
– Collaborate with interior designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure cohesive project delivery
– Conduct site visits, provide technical input, and support construction-stage documentation
– Ensure quality standards are met across all architectural outputs and deliverables
– Participate in internal design discussions and contribute technical insight
Key Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design
– Proven track record in luxury residential, resorts, or 5-star hotel projects
– Excellent technical skills and a strong foundation in construction documentation and detailing
– Proficient in AutoCAD; additional skills in SketchUp or Revit are a plus
– Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work closely with cross-disciplinary teams
– Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus for regional coordination
– Candidates must be legally able to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship
– Willing to travel regionally
– Strong sense of accountability, self-motivation, and team-oriented mindset
