This role offers high visibility and direct reporting to the CFO, leadership team, and board members, opportunity to lead and develop the finance team across the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions. You will gain exposure to fund-raising activities, capital management initiatives, and strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance team in managing consolidation, financial reporting, statutory accounts, and taxation in compliance with SGX and REIT regulatory requirements.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business performance and portfolio growth.
- Oversee financing matters including debt management, treasury operations, and supporting fund-raising initiatives.
- Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, and compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to provide financial insights that enhance strategic and investment decisions.

Key Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant or Accountancy graduate with at least 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- Prior exposure within REITs, real estate, or fund management, with an external audit background preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge in consolidation, financial reporting, tax, and SGX/REIT regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing a finance team.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
