We are seeking an experienced Office Fit-out Project Manager to lead the delivery of a critical infrastructure project for a prestigious client. As part of a project management consultancy, you'll be seconded to the client for 4 months, overseeing the fit-out of office spaces to meet their specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the office fit-out project from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, designers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and identifying potential risks.
- Conduct site visits, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the client to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the final product.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Manage and resolve conflicts, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on the project timeline and budget.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in office fit-out project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
