Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of construction and development projects, managing all phases from concept design to project handover.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Assist in modernising project management processes and tools, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting.
- Evaluate building services and tenant provisions, comparing them to market benchmarks and collaborating with internal teams to maintain competitiveness.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant project management experience in construction or property development, with proven independent project delivery.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing diverse project teams and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of building systems, including MEP services, and how they affect operational and tenant requirements.
- Familiarity with project management software; experience in workflow digitalisation, sustainability, or workplace safety is advantageous.
