We are currently working with seeking an experienced and skilled Workplace Manager to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Singapore office and workplace activities, including reception services, mail and courier management, meeting and event coordination, and facilities management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reception services, including greeting employees and guests, managing mail and courier services, and answering queries
- Coordinate meetings and events, including catering and hospitality services
- Manage facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and relationships with third-party contractors
- Oversee relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, tenants, and vendors
- Support the onboarding process for new starters and coordinate local moves, adds, and changes
- Provide data input and information management duties, ensuring accurate records and efficient filing systems
- Support the implementation of the Company's global health and safety policy and procedures

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience or qualifications as a Fire Warden, First Aider, DSE Assessor, or Finance system experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (Advanced level), and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines
- Confident working with minimum supervision, with a can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, supporting excellent working relationships with management, staff, contractors, and vendors
- Willingness to cooperate as part of a diverse team, with a positive attitude and sound work ethics
- Able to thrive in a dedicated, professional, focused, and communicative team environment
