We are currently representing a global EPC firm in looking for an APAC EHS director in joining its team and leading the charge in establishing and continuously improving EHS culture across APAC worksites.
We are seeking a seasoned EHS professional to support local Management in driving EHS excellence, ensuring compliance, and promoting a safety-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS strategies, policies, and procedures
- Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and compliance audits
- Collaborate with line management, contractors, and government agencies
- Drive EHS training, awareness, and behavioral change
- Oversee DataScope implementation and reporting
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify areas for improvement
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or 15+ years' construction EHS experience
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent preferred
- Fluent in English and at least one APAC language (Indonesian, Malaysian, Korean, Japanese, or Filipino)
- Strong knowledge of EHS management systems and regulatory requirements
- Proven leadership and communication skills
