Our client is a well-established industrial real estate platform seeking an experienced Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Executive to drive leasing performance across its industrial portfolio. The role focuses on tenant engagement, lease negotiations, occupancy optimization, and market-driven leasing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
- Drive lease renewals and new leasing activities by actively engaging tenants, managing agents, and prospective occupiers, while fostering strong landlord-tenant relationships.
- Manage day-to-day tenancy matters and work closely with internal teams to resolve tenant issues efficiently.
- Handle inbound leasing enquiries, conduct site inspections, and deliver professional presentations to prospective clients.
- Lead lease negotiations and oversee leasing documentation, including liaising with external legal counsel on lease terms and agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenancy schedules, rental rolls, and leasing reports.
- Support regular leasing and income reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates, as well as budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Coordinate marketing materials and support promotional initiatives to enhance portfolio visibility and occupancy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry peers, agents, and stakeholders to improve market coverage and stay informed on industrial leasing trends.
- Contribute to the development and execution of leasing strategies aimed at optimizing rental income and maximizing portfolio occupancy.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial leasing; exposure to multi-asset or portfolio-level leasing is preferred.
- RES certification with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) is required.
- Familiarity with JTC sublease applications and IAS processes is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Able to work independently and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous, well-organized, and a collaborative team player with a high level of professionalism.
