We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee and coordinate daily operations across a portfolio of life sciences and innovation-focused properties. This role will involve supervising operational staff, ensuring high service delivery standards, managing tenant relationships, and supporting asset enhancement initiatives. You will also partner with procurement, maintenance, and project teams to ensure efficient property management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of operations staff across property facilities and services
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and EH&S requirements
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and safety/security processes, implementing corrective measures when necessary
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement activities, and contract administration in partnership with procurement teams
- Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets to ensure cost efficiency and optimal building performance
- Act as the main liaison for tenants, addressing needs promptly to enhance tenant satisfaction and property value
- Support and coordinate asset enhancement initiatives and operational improvement projects
- Conduct regular facility inspections to maintain high operational standards
- Facilitate staff development through training, coaching, and skills building
Key Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Engineering, Mechanical, or related discipline
- Proven experience in property operations or property management, with knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary (MEP) systems
- Experience in project management and asset enhancement works
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
