The platform takes a long-term, value-driven approach to real estate, with holdings across office, retail, industrial, logistics, and mixed-use assets. The firm is known for its institutional discipline, local execution capabilities, and collaborative culture.

They are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join the real estate team, with a focus on driving value across a portfolio of direct real estate assets in Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement business plans, optimise asset performance, and support strategic initiatives including redevelopment, repositioning, and capital improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset-level business plans to maximise value and returns
- Oversee third-party property managers, leasing agents, and consultants to ensure operational excellence
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting of assets under management
- Analyse leasing strategies, capex plans, and market trends to inform value-add initiatives
- Monitor and manage tenant relationships, occupancy, and rent collections
- Support strategic repositioning, development, or divestment initiatives where applicable
- Collaborate with acquisitions, finance, legal, and ESG teams to align asset performance with investment goals

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in asset management, property investment, or real estate private equity
- Strong understanding of leasing, financial reporting, budgeting, and property operations
- Experience working with third-party property managers, consultants, and leasing agents
- Highly analytical, with strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and lead across functions
- Independent, resourceful, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
