Our Client is a well-established real estate firm seeking an Associate Director/Senior Manager of Investments. This role will work on the entire lifecycle of real estate investments, from origination to the underwriting. 

This would be suitable for individuals who are looking at joining a well-funded developer with a strong reputation and a career path charted for you. 


Key Responsibilities:
- Originate, evaluate, negotiate and execute investment transactions
- Present and market investment propositions to senior management
- Managing the real estate portfolio in terms of forecasting market conditions and monitoring impact on financial returns

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in accounting, economics, finance or real estate business
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience working in Real Estate firm/Private Equity Funds/ Transaction advisory firm
