Our client is a global private equity platform investing across real estate and real assets. We are seeking a highly driven Associate to support investment activities across acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio monitoring. This role offers significant exposure to institutional-scale transactions and direct involvement in executing value-add and opportunistic investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new investment opportunities through financial modelling, market research, and return analysis.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models including DCF, development, and joint venture structures.
- Support the execution of acquisitions, including due diligence, underwriting, and transaction coordination.
- Coordinate and review commercial, financial, legal, tax, and technical due diligence.
- Analyse tenant profiles, lease structures, operating performance, and capex requirements.
- Prepare investment committee memoranda, presentations, and supporting materials.
- Monitor performance of existing investments and assist with portfolio reporting and valuations.
- Track market trends, comparable transactions, and macroeconomic developments.
- Work closely with asset management and development teams to track business plan execution.
- Analyse operating performance against underwriting and support value-enhancement initiatives.
- Conduct research on target sectors, geographies, and themes to support investment strategy.
- Build relationships with brokers, advisors, and industry participants to support deal sourcing.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in: Real estate private equity, Real estate investment or asset management
- Investment banking, Real estate advisory or transactions
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
