We're currently working with a renowned workplace design and build orgainization in seeking a talented Bid Manager to join our Singapore studio and lead our bid management process to new heights! As a Bid Manager, you'll be responsible for managing bids, tracking KPIs, and driving success through compelling designs, illustrations, and graphics.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage bids, ensuring timely and effective delivery
- Govern and drive RFP responses, contract coordination, process management, and internal governance
- Forecast metrics and generate reports for informed decision-making
- Create customer-facing designs and visuals that convey value propositions and win themes
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to turn content into compelling graphical representations
- Ensure compliance with proposal deliverables and corporate brand guidelines

Key Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in Design/PM background or training (Nicmar/PMI certification an asset)
- Advanced desktop publishing software skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign, MS Office, Google Suite)
- Proven experience in producing proposal content in complex business environments
- International experience an asset
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain artistic creativity
- Positive attitude, independence, and minimal supervision
- Strong layout and design skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
