A premier luxury retail development in Orchard is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance, and service delivery for a high-traffic mall environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day M&E operations (ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lifts/escalators, BMS).
- Oversee preventive/corrective maintenance and ensure minimal downtime.
- Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and internal departments.
- Support tenant fit-out, reinstatement, and operational queries.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (BCA, SCDF, NEA, MOM, PUB).
- Lead safety, audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness.
- Manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, quotations, and vendor performance.
- Drive sustainability and asset enhancement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in M&E, Building Services, Facilities Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in retail malls or commercial buildings.
- Strong understanding of building systems and regulatory compliance.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
