We are partnering with a leading integrated facilities management and engineering services provider to identify a strong Facilities Manager for their commercial property portfolio in Singapore.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the facilities team, ensuring operations meet contractual and service requirements.
- Recommend and implement improvement initiatives to maintain high service standards and strong client relationships.
- Manage project budgets, costing, and control.
- Support daily operations, providing technical guidance and problem-solving expertise.

Key Requirements:
- Experienced facilities management professional with leadership experience overseeing technical officers and engineers.
- Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders and senior management to propose solutions and improvements.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant trade.
- Proven experience in facilities management within commercial or critical facilities.
