We are currently representing a Tier 1 Contractor with a diversity of Projects ongoing, and we are seeking an Builder Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The role also involves controlling progress, appraising works/products compliance, and assisting with testing and commissioning activities. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for procurement, contract, and variation order management, as well as ensuring safety and occupational health practices are implemented on site.


Key responsibilities:

• Prepare budget and cost control monitoring to ensure the project cost is within the allocated budget
• To perform estimation for variation submission
• Valuing and preparing progress claims and payments of suppliers
• Prepare variation orders, progress payments and claims and finalisation of accounts
• Perform measurements for quantities
• Evaluation of price comparison
• Attend site and Consultant/Technical meetings
• Monitoring of project variations  

Key requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Diploma In Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Autocad
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
