Key responsibilities:
- Prepare budget and cost control monitoring to ensure the project cost is within the allocated budget
- To perform estimation for variation submission
- Valuing and preparing progress claims and payments of suppliers
- Prepare variation orders, progress payments and claims and finalisation of accounts
- Perform measurements for quantities
- Evaluation of price comparison
- Attend site and Consultant/Technical meetings
- Monitoring of project variations
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Diploma In Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Autocad
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
