We are working closely with a regionally known Project Management and Quantity Surveying Consultancy in looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join a major restack program at a Tier 1 financial institution on a full-time secondment basis.
As a key member of the program team, you'll leverage your expertise in project management, technology, and financial services to drive the delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes that meet the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project management strategies, methodologies, and plans that align with the program's goals and objectives
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams, to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans, and obtain stakeholder buy-in
- Develop and track project metrics, including KPIs, dashboards, and reports, to ensure proactive issue identification and mitigation
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize project deliverables, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing and implementing effective risk management strategies
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as regulatory requirements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing changes to optimize project delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and vendors
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects in a financial services environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience working in a Tier 1 financial institution or similar environment, with knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivery and results
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) highly desirable
