We are working with a design and build company that provides urban and modern interior decoration which incorporates functionality, aesthetic appeal and last but not least, brand conceptualization here in Singapore. They are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth and expansion into the Southeast Asian (SEA) market


Key responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to enhance the company’s brand presence across the Southeast Asian market, ensuring consistent and impactful exposure through strategic marketing efforts.
- Conduct comprehensive market and industry analysis to assess market conditions, predict business trends, and determine strategic opportunities to increase market share.
- Proactively seek and pursue new business opportunities by building and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Drive the growth of the company by winning key contracts and expanding revenue streams.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of potential clients and partners in identified target markets, ensuring the development of long-term business relationships.
- Develop compelling, integrated content for both written and verbal communication platforms. Deliver engaging presentations and proposals that reflect the company’s value proposition.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders including design firms, quantity surveyors, landlords, and trade associations, ensuring alignment of objectives and fostering collaborative partnerships.
- Provide strategic support in reviewing and preparing tenders. Lead and participate in bid interviews, ensuring clear articulation of the company’s strengths and project value.

Key qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years experience in the office space fit outs 
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the architecture, design, or corporate real estate sectors
