Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage viaduct construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate construction teams, including engineers, supervisors, and laborers, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Quality Control: Ensure strict adherence to quality control procedures, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and government agencies.

Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certifications like PE or SE are desirable.
