We're currently working with an APAC centric DC Operator in seeking a strategic Contracts Manager to join our dynamic Development team in Johor Bahru. As a key player, you'll report directly to the Senior Contracts Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to make a lasting impact.


Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert commercial guidance to delivery teams across the data centre development lifecycle
- Resolve contract disputes with creative solutions that balance short-term needs and long-term implications
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement to enhance quality, time, and cost efficiencies
- Negotiate and draft commercial contracts, variations, and correspondence
- Manage contract lifecycles, performance, and claims
- Develop and implement contract metrics and reporting tools
- Travel to project sites for key milestones and reviews

Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in construction contracts or commercial roles
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying, or Business/Commerce
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and build strong global relationships
- Strong influencing skills with a history of business partnering
- Experience on large infrastructure projects
- Fast track design/build project experience
- International experience (APAC) with contracts over SGD$150m
