We are partnering with a design consultancy recognised for delivering dynamic workplace environments for multinational and regional organisations across the Asia-Pacific region. As their regional project portfolio continues to expand, the studio is seeking a Senior Project Manager to be based in Thailand, leading the end-to-end delivery of complex workplace and commercial interior projects.
This role is suited to an experienced project leader with 7–10+ years of experience who can operate confidently within the Thai market, manage regional stakeholders, and drive projects to the highest standard across design and construction phases.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead and oversee workplace, commercial, retail, and design & build projects across Thailand and the wider APAC region
– Take full ownership of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resourcing strategies
– Act as the senior point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and regional stakeholders
– Coordinate closely with internal design, technical, and delivery teams to ensure design intent and quality are maintained
– Review and manage technical drawings, tender submissions, contracts, and site requirements
– Oversee procurement processes, including vendor evaluation, commercial negotiations, and performance management
– Conduct regular site inspections, resolve complex issues, and ensure key milestones and programme targets are met
– Lead client presentations, workshops, and stakeholder meetings across local and regional projects
– Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and project teams
– Collaborate with leadership to improve delivery frameworks, quality standards, and project governance
Key Requirements
– 7–10+ years of project management experience in workplace interiors, commercial fit-outs, or related built-environment sectors
– Proven experience delivering projects within Thailand, with strong understanding of local regulations, contractors, and working practices
– Experience managing regional or multinational clients across APAC
– Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines
– Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and site coordination
– Excellent client-facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
– Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel) and ability to interpret CAD and technical drawings
– Highly organised, decisive, and capable of managing multiple complex projects concurrently
– Experience coordinating with MEP engineers, QS, AV/IT specialists, and contractors
– Open to candidates based in Thailand, Thai nationals, or professionals with strong experience in Thai working culture and construction landscape
