We are working with a reputable facilities management service provider to hire a Facilities Manager to support their operations across client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance, repair, and improvement works to ensure efficient facilities operations.
- Supervise both in-house teams and external contractors, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ISO standards.
- Coordinate M&E-related activities, working closely with consultants and clients for smooth project execution.
- Monitor and respond to system faults, building defects, and emergency shutdowns.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the property is well maintained and operating optimally.
- Propose and implement improvement initiatives to uphold high service standards and strengthen client relationships.
- Prepare quotations as required and be familiar with pricing and costing processes.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in facilities management or a similar field.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Maintenance, or a related discipline.
