We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Data Centre Sales Manager who possesses a deep understanding of the financial services and enterprise sectors in the Philippines. You will be instrumental in driving our growth by identifying, developing, and closing complex data centre solutions with high-value clients. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy specifically targeting
financial institutions (banks, insurance, fintech) and large enterprise customers
in the Philippines.
- Identify and penetrate new accounts, building strong relationships with key
decision-makers (C-level, IT Directors, Infrastructure Heads).
- Map out customer organizational structures and identify key influencers and
economic buyers.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal
development, negotiation, to deal closure.
- Understand customer infrastructure requirements, business challenges, and
strategic objectives to position our data centre solutions effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial
offers tailored to individual customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including solutions architects,
operations, and legal, to ensure seamless customer experience and successful
project delivery.
Market Intelligence & Positioning:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes
affecting the financial and enterprise sectors in the Philippines.
- Provide valuable market feedback to internal product development and
marketing teams to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking
functions to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
Achieve & Exceed Targets:
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast and pipeline in the CRM system.

Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of successful B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years
focused on selling data centre services (colocation, interconnection, managed
services) or complex IT infrastructure solutions to financial institutions or large
enterprises.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in the
Philippines market.
- Deep understanding of the financial services industry's specific compliance,
security, and uptime requirements for data centre infrastructure.
- Experience with complex, multi-million dollar deals and long sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to understand customer needs and formulate
impactful solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal
supervision.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Tagalog (both written and verbal) is essential.
