We are currently working with a leading fund management firm who has a big presence globally and particularly in Japan investing in real estate. Key Responsibilities:
- General fund management operations of Japan Development Partners
- Handling of capital calls and various types of reporting
- Preparation of internal documents (including investment committee materials) and assistance with investor relations (domestic and overseas IR)
- Assist in fund management through collaboration with site acquisition, project management, leasing team, etc.
- Hold-sell analysis and execution
Key Requirements:
Must have
- Basic knowledge of investment and finance and related work experience
- Understanding of general cash flow valuation methods (present value and DCF methods)
- Business English (level of ability to communicate in text form without problems)
- Basic PC skills (Excel, PPT, etc.)
Preferred Requirements
- Financial modeling skills and experience
- Experience in real estate or business investment analysis and asset securitization
- Experience in an English-speaking environment (including studying abroad as a student)
- Experience in an English-speaking environment (including studying abroad as a student)
- Mindset as a trustee of investment funds (GP, AM, etc.)
