We are partnering with an established facilities management provider to hire a Facilities Executive / Engineer to support building operations and maintenance activities.


Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee facilities maintenance works to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage building systems and M&E services for optimal performance and reliability.
- Coordinate and supervise M&E installation and maintenance tasks when required.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in M&E-related meetings and support the preparation of reports and documentation.
- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical and electrical works.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of scheduled tasks.
- Prepare quotations and respond to client enquiries promptly.
- Adhere to internal processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Maintain strong client relationships and consistently deliver high service standards.


Key Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or operations is preferred.
