We are collaborating with a, a diversified, publicly-listed group in Real Estate Development & Hospitality, is looking for a Project Manager to join their HQ office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with M&E experience to work on impactful projects across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in contract administration, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Work closely with M&E consultants during design and tender stages.
- Review drawings and sample submissions to ensure compliance with contract documents.
- Manage projects across Commercial, or Hospitality sectors.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience; exposure to hotel projects is a plus.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong negotiation skills with contractors and suppliers.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
